Hovera Fix

Keep every machine running. Know why when one stops.

Hovera Fix keeps the full story of every machine and vehicle: where it is, what was done to it, which parts went in, and what it needs next. Technicians work from their phones, and parts come from your real store.

What it replaces

From guesswork to Hovera Fix.

Today

  • Paper logbooks in the workshop
  • A maintenance tool that can't see the store
  • Service dates kept in someone's head
  • Vendor bills nobody checks line by line

With Hovera Fix

  • Every machine's history one scan away
  • Parts status on every work order
  • Service plans that raise the work themselves
  • A repair check that flags repeat jobs and price jumps

01 · Equipment

Every machine, one scan away.

Each machine gets a permanent code and QR label. Upload a floor plan, set its scale, and pin equipment where it really stands. Scan a label to see the machine's history, or to report a problem.

  • Permanent labels for machines, rooms, shelves and floor plans
  • Floor plans to scale, with equipment pinned in real metres
  • Scan to move: scan the machine, then scan where it went

02 · Issues

One inbox for every problem.

Problems arrive from people, failed inspections and drivers' defect reports. The most critical machines rise to the top. Merge duplicates, or roll several problems into one work order.

  • Anyone can report a problem without a paid seat
  • Mark “blocks operation” and the machine comes out of service
  • Problem, cause and remedy recorded on every repair

03 · Work orders

Work orders built for a phone.

Technicians get checklists, readings, photos and a timer on their phone. Before they start, the machine's brief shows the last five jobs and the parts that fixed it.

  • Checklists with pass/fail, readings and required photos
  • One running timer per person, logged to the job
  • Optional second sign-off to close, never by the person who did the work

04 · Servicing

Servicing that schedules itself.

Set servicing by the calendar, by the meter, or whichever comes first. Hovera explains each plan in a plain sentence and shows the next twelve months of work.

  • “Every 500 h. This machine runs about 14 h a day, so about every 36 days.”
  • Tasks that fall due together become one work order
  • Skip or defer with a reason, always on record

05 · Parts

Parts from a real store, not a text box.

Fix shares its shelves with Hovera Move. Ask for parts and the store reserves, kits and issues them against the job. Every work order shows whether its parts are ready.

  • Parts status on every order: Ready, Partial, Waiting
  • See parts on the road and stock at other sites
  • Orders wait on “Waiting for parts” and wake up when they arrive

06 · Cost

Know what every repair really costs.

Labour, parts and outside invoices add up on every work order. When a vendor quote arrives, the repair check flags the lines worth a second look before anyone approves.

  • The same job done on this machine in the last 90 days
  • Labour more than 1.5× your usual time for the task
  • A part priced over 25% above what you last paid

A day with it

A day with Hovera Fix.

  1. 06:50

    Operator

Scans the QR on pump P-12, taps Report a problem, adds a photo and ticks Blocks operation.

  2. 07:05

    Planner

P-12 is first in Needs action. Raises a work order. Parts show Partial: one seal is on Thursday's transfer.

  3. 09:30

    Technician

Reads the brief: the same seal failed in March. Starts the timer, works the checklist, logs a vibration reading.

  4. 13:15

    Store

The seal is received. “Parts arrived” lands in the inbox and the order wakes up.

  5. 16:00

    Maintenance manager

A vendor quote comes in. One line is flagged as under warranty. Approves the rest.

Questions

Asked by people like you.

What is a CMMS, and is Fix one?

A CMMS (computerised maintenance management system) keeps track of machines and the work done on them. Fix is one, with a difference: its parts come from a real store in the same system, not a list someone types by hand.

Does everyone need a licence?

No. People who only report problems or fill in inspections don't take a paid seat. Technicians, planners and managers do.

Can we bring our existing equipment list?

Yes. Import it from a CSV file. You get a dry run first, and a 24-hour undo if something looks wrong.

Do we need Hovera Move as well?

Fix works on its own, and parts are then recorded as text. With Move, parts become real stock you can reserve, issue and count.

Do you do predictive maintenance?

Not today, and we don't pretend to. Fix runs on rules you can read: the calendar, the meter and inspections. Every suggestion shows its reason.

Will technicians actually use it?

The technician's pages are built for a phone: scan a label, tick a checklist, take a photo, stop the timer. No long forms on the workshop floor.
