Hovera Drive

Your goods. Your trucks. One trip plan.

Hovera Drive plans how your own stock moves between your own sites on your own vehicles. Officers build trips that fit, drivers run them from a phone, and every truck that leaves is safe, legal and properly loaded.

What it replaces

From guesswork to Hovera Drive.

Today

  • Trips planned on the phone and in a spreadsheet
  • Half-empty trucks nobody notices
  • Insurance that runs out halfway through a route
  • Fuel bills nobody can tie to a trip

With Hovera Drive

  • A transport queue fed by real shipments
  • Load bars for every leg before the truck is booked
  • A release check on papers, licence and fitness
  • Fuel, cost per kilometre and charges by department

01 · Transport queue

Shipments wait in one queue, with their stock held.

When a site sends goods by your own fleet, the shipment joins the transport queue and its stock is held. Nobody can issue or write it off while it waits. It leaves the books only when the truck departs.

  • Split, reduce or change picks while it waits
  • Supervisors can release a hold, with a reason
  • Sending sites confirm loads from the shipment page

02 · Trip planning

Trips that fit, before the truck is booked.

Drag stops into order. “Fit into a trip” shows the extra kilometres and the new arrival time against the date it's needed. Load bars check every leg.

  • Weight, volume and pallets checked per leg
  • Driving-hour limits add rest and overnight stops
  • Regular runs saved as trip templates

03 · Release check

Nothing leaves unless it's fit to go.

Before a trip is released, Hovera checks the vehicle's status, that every document stays valid for the whole trip, the driver's licence class, and that both are free.

  • Registration, insurance, fitness, emissions and permits, with expiry
  • Reminders 30, 7 and 0 days before anything expires
  • E-way bill validity checked: one day per 200 km

04 · Driver app

The driver's whole day on one phone.

Drivers see their trips for the week, run the pre-trip check, mark arrivals, loads and hand-overs, and report delays. The plan shifts to match.

  • Hand over with the receiver's name and a photo
  • Every tap is safe to repeat on a weak signal
  • Opens directions in the phone's own map app

05 · Safety

Safety checks that reach the workshop.

Drivers sign a pre-trip and post-trip inspection. Answer “Safe to drive? No” and the vehicle comes out of service, a Fix issue opens and the transport officer is alerted.

  • Drivers must read the last report before they start
  • Defects become repairs, then a signed sign-off
  • Inspection records kept for 92 days by default

06 · Cost

What every truck really costs you.

Log fuel from the phone or import fuel-card files. Hovera works out the cost per kilometre and per hour, the year a replacement costs least, and each department's share of the fleet.

  • Flags odometers going backwards and fuel bought far off route
  • Monthly charges by cost centre, locked when final
  • Fuel-card files from WEX, Fleetcor or any CSV

Questions

Asked by people like you.

Is Drive a GPS tracker?

No. Drive plans trips and records what happens at every stop from the driver's phone. We don't sell hardware or track vehicles live.

Who is Drive for?

Organisations that move their own goods between their own sites on their own vehicles. It isn't built for couriers or outside carriers.

Do drivers need a licence seat?

No. Drivers use Drive free. Transport officers and fleet managers take a seat.

Do we need Hovera Move?

Yes. Drive moves Move's shipments, so the stock and the truck stay on one record. Hovera Fix is optional and adds repairs and servicing.

Can we charge transport costs back to departments?

Yes. Drive spreads each vehicle's cost across cost centres every month. Statements lock when final and export to CSV for finance.

What happens when a driver loses signal?

Every action is safe to repeat. If a tap doesn't go through, the driver taps again when the signal returns and nothing is recorded twice.
