Every location.One connected view.
Bring warehouses, stores and sites into a shared supply picture. See stock health, follow shipments, and understand what needs attention—even on a network without internet access.
Your network, in your own structure.
A supply chain is more than a warehouse list. Model the places that store, supply, receive and use stock, then organise them the way your business works.
Every kind of location
Connect warehouses, stores, workshops, suppliers, ports, airfields, customer drop points and field sites, each with its own contacts and team.
Regions that make sense
Arrange locations into regions, zones and stores, or use tags to group them. The network reflects your operating structure.
Access by responsibility
Teams see the locations they are assigned to. A location outside a person's access is not part of their visible network.
See what needs your attention.
The map connects the shape of the network with the health of the stock inside it. A list view provides another way to explore the same operational picture.
Health at a glance
Location states distinguish critical stock, warnings, counting in progress and all-clear conditions. Filter by location kind, health or tag.
Go from overview to detail
Open a location or shipment to inspect figures, stock and alerts, along with the actions that person's role allows.
A map that stays with you
A built-in basemap works without external map services. Your network remains visible in an offline installation.
Stock never disappears between two places.
Dispatch is the start of a movement, not the end of the record. Keep both sending and receiving teams connected to what is actually on the way.
A complete shipment journey
Follow dispatched, in-transit and received stock with expected arrival times, route states and a shipment timeline.
Handle real deliveries
Record partial receipts and shortages, manage recalls before arrival, and deliver to points that do not maintain a warehouse balance.
Notice when a route slips
On-time, due-today, overdue and partly received states distinguish shipment progress. Overdue alerts appear at both ends.
One dispatch. Two teams in the loop.
A regional warehouse sends stock to a store, but only part of the delivery arrives.
Dispatch
The warehouse records stock leaving, and the shipment becomes visible in transit.
Receive
The store confirms the quantity that actually arrived and records the shortfall.
Resolve
The discrepancy follows the approval process while the shipment retains its history.
Sending, moving and received stock remain part of the same accounted-for journey.
A closer look.
A few useful details before your next move.
Does the map need an external map account?
No. Hovera includes an offline basemap. The map and operational network can run without an internet connection or an external map service.
Can a destination report a partial delivery?
Yes. Partial receipts and shortages are recorded, and the shipment tracks what was dispatched and what was received.
Can teams see every warehouse?
Only when they have the required access. Location permissions determine the network a team can see and the operations it can perform.
